We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel
appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner has filed an application on 1.6.2010 for issuance of caste
certificate before dated before the respondent no.3 , a copy of which has been
filed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of this
writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders
on the application of the petitioner dated 1.6.2010 in accordance with law
within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is
produced before him.
Let a certified copy of this order be issued to learned counsel for the petitioner
on payment of usual charges today.
