15. 27.04.2011. Since this First Appeal arises out of

matrimonial suit, it is desirable that both the

parties may be heard in the matter of conciliation.

Accordingly, the appellant and the respondent,

namely, Sanjay Kumar Gupta and Smt. Sunita Devi

respectively are directed to be present before this

Court in my Chamber at 2.15 P.M. on 27th June,

2011. The learned counsel for both the parties

agreed to the said date and stated that they will

see that the parties will be present.
