8. 19.8.2011. These matters have come up at the instance

of the learned counsel for the petitioners

pointing out certain typographical errors at page

nos.4 and 5 of the order dated 2.8.2011.

It is contended that the word ‘petitioner’

occurring in the last line of page 4 and in the

fourth line of page 5, should read as

‘respondents’ and that the word ‘petitioner’ has

been incorrectly typed.

Let the word ‘petitioner’ occurring in the

last line of page 4 and the fourth line of page 5

be modified to read as ‘respondents’.

The order dated 2.8.2011 shall stand

modified to the extent as indicated above and

shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.
