             This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the

learned trial court to permit the petitioner to produce his witnesses in

one single day and no further adjournment would be sought by him.

The said date may be fixed by the convenience of the learned trial

court and the petitioner will pay a cost of Rs.2000/- to the plaintiff-

respondent for the delay caused by him.

             The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Copy of

this judgment be sent to opposite party.
