              Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the

order dated 1st February, 2010 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.705/2010, the name "Raju Singh" has wrongly been

mentioned as counsel for the respondent as he was his junior

Advocate and assisted him during the course of arguments.

Therefore, necessary corrections may be made in the said order.

              Accordingly the application No.13/2010 is allowed. The

name of Raju Singh may be read with Mr. Narpat Singh, as counsel

for the petitioner.
