of the petitioner was rejected and petitioner was directed

to move before learned Court below.

It appears that learned Court below considered

the regular bail of the petitioner on 01.06.2011 but

neither merit has been discussed nor the expected time

for conclusion of the trial has been mentioned in the

order.

Let learned Additional Sessions Judge-II,

Begusarai transmit the expected time schedule for

conclusion of the trial.

In the meantime, let legible carbon copy of the

case diary of Naokothi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2009 be called

for from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-II,

Begusarai.
