2. 15.06.2010 It has been submitted that the petitioner is ready
to settle the dispute with the Informant.
In view of such, the learned counsel for the
petitioner is permitted to add the Informant as opposite party
No. 2 during course of the day.
Issue notice to the opposite party No. 2 both
ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D. for
which requisites etc. must be filed within one week failing
which this application shall stand rejected without further
reference to a Bench.
In the meanwhile, no coercive step shall be taken
against the petitioner.
Post it immediately after service of the notice.
Let the order be communicated to the court of
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in Dighwara P.S.
Case No. 29 of 2007, through FAX at the cost of the
petitioner.
