Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K.S.Rathore, learned counsel for
the proposed respondent/allottees of the fair price shop, Sri Mahesh Narain
Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.6 and learned Standing Counsel
for the State.

Sri Rathore prays for and is granted three weeks’ time for filing counter
affidavit. Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for the
respondent no.6 may also file counter affidavit within the same period. As
prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks’ thereafter is granted
for filing rejoinder affidavit.

List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period before appropriate Court.
