injury report and the post mortem examination report of

Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 383 of 2009 from the court of

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, and also a report from

the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai about the

antecedent of the petitioner, who is accused in the aforesaid

case, so as to reach this court within three weeks and put up

after receipt of the same.
