Judge, Fast Track Court – III, Rohtas at Sasaram, in

connection with Sessions Trial No. 334 of 2011 arising out

of Kargahar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2011, as also a report from

the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram, about the

antecedent of the petitioner, who is an accused in the

aforesaid case, so as to reach this Court within three weeks

and put up after receipt of the same.
