During
the hearing learned Counsel Mr. Thakkar, appearing on behalf of the
applicant has contended that while granting the bail to the
respondents accused the learned Judge placed reliance upon the
documents, however, he has not observed that which documents have
been produced before him.

Accordingly,
the office to call the record of Criminal Misc. Application No. 688
of 2010, along with the order and the documents produced in the said
application from the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track
Court No.4, Ahmedabad (Rural) and place the same on the next date.
