ORAL ORDER
The
present application is filed with following substantive prayer.

Your Lordships may be pleased to permit the information received
vide letter dated 13th September, 2006 to be annexed to
the memorandum of the petition as ANNEXURE-??G??, and further
permit the National Council for Vocational Training, Regional
Director, R.D.A.T., V.N. Puran Marg, Sion, Mumbai, and the Pachim
Gujarat Vij.Co.Ltd., Laxmi Nagar, Nana Mava Road, Rajkot to be
joined as Party Respondent No.7 & 8 in the memorandum of
Spl.C.A.No.9880 of 2002;??
In
view of the averments made in the application, the present
application is allowed in terms of Para 5 (A) and accordingly
disposed of.
Main
matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.9880 of 2002 to come up on
24th November, 2008.
It
will be open for the respondent to file reply and object
consideration on merits.
