This
Application has been taken out by the writ petitioner for amendment
to the memo of the Special Criminal Application. By the said
amendment, the applicant seeks to add certain facts in respect of the
proceedings before the trial Court. He also seeks to challenge the
order of the trial Court made on 23rd June, 2008.

Subject
to the maintainability of the challenge to the order dated 23rd
June, 2008 in a writ petition, the Application is allowed. The
amendment shall be carried out within three days from today.
