S. Pathak, learned Advocate for the opponent-State.

2. The
present Civil Application has been filed for fixing an early date of
hearing of the main petition, being Special Civil Application
No.17192 of 2007.

3. As
there are other old matters pending, where the senior citizens are
not getting the pension and they require priority, the present Civil
Application cannot be granted. Accordingly, it is rejected at this
stage.
