as learned counsel for the state.

Taking into consideration that there is specific

allegation of giving iron rod blow to the deceased against

accused, Pankaj Yadav and petitioner is simply named in

the first information report, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjay

Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs

10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

each in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 08 of

2011 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Lakhisarai.
