Shri
Ketan Shah for the petitioner in both these petitions states that two
other identical writ petitions i.e. Special Civil Application
Nos.5863/05 and 10946/06, which were ordered to be heard along with
these petitions have not been placed by the office today and now Shri
Harin Raval has replaced Shri Malkan as Assistant Solicitor General
recently, therefore, Shri Raval needs some time to prepare in such
matters. Hence, let these matters be placed along with Special Civil
Applications No.5863/05 and 10946/06 on 19.3.2007. Interim relief
granted earlier to continue till then.
