The petitioner is not satisfied with the marks awarded to him in
Kay Chikitsa Papers I & II and Prasuti Stri Rog Papers I & II of
BAMS Examination 2010 (Third Professional) conducted by the
Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur (hereinafter
referred to as the ‘University’).

Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent-University
states that in such circumstances, the petitioner can approach the
Vice-Chancellor of the University who shall look into the matter
and take an appropriate decision.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a
direction that in the event the petitioner files an appropriate
application before the Vice-Chancellor of the University within a
period of 15 days from today, the Vice-Chancellor of the
University shall examine the matter and take an appropriate
decision expeditiously, preferably within a period of 15 days from
the date a certified copy of this order along with the application is
filed by the petitioner before the Vice-Chancellor of the
University.
