2 22.6.2011 This application has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail after being once rejected

by this court on 26.2.2010.

This court finds that no ground is made out for grant

of anticipatory bail. The submission of the petitioner that the

sister-in-law (Bhabhi) has been granted anticipatory bail by

another bench of this court would not be a good reason for

considering anticipatory bail to the petitioner as his prayer has

already been rejected earlier.

This application is dismissed.
