Heard the parties.

The petitioners are aggrieved by order, dated

28.6.2008 passed in S.T. No. 784/2007, arising out of Chowk PS

Case No. 13/2007, by the Addl. District and Sessions Judge, VII,

Patna by which the court has rejected the application under section

227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after discussing not only

the prosecution case but also the materials that have come during

the course of investigation.

In view of the aforesaid facts I do not see any reason

to interfere with the impugned order. This application is

dismissed.
