28.10.2010 (Annexure-2) published in the daily newspaper namely

‘Hindustan’ Bhagalpur Edition by Divisional Railway Manager,

Malda Division, West Bengal (Respondent no. 3) inviting

applications from interested local contractors till 03.12.2010 for

their selection as contractors of Murarpur, Bela Tipi-23/12, Punsia

and Tikani Halt Stations, all within the District of Bhagalpur, shall

remain stayed.
