                          J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, a student of Mechanical Branch in B.Tech

Degree in the S.N.G.C.E, Kadayirippu, is seeking for a direction to

the respondent University to complete the revaluation of the

papers of the petitioner and to inform the results thereon to him.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted

that the revaluation has already been completed and a memo has

been issued to the petitioner on 24.12.2009 informing that there

is no change in the result. The same is recorded and this writ

petition is accordingly closed.
