                                JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging an order of the

Ombudsman for Local Self Government institutions, following the

order which is Ext.P7 in WP(C) 13531 of 2009. Today I have

dismissed that writ petition, upholding that order which was

issued by the Tribunal for Local Self Government institutions. On

the basis of that order of the Tribunal, there is no legal infirmity

or jurisdictional error in the order impugned in this writ petition.

In the result, the writ petition fails and the same is

accordingly dismissed.
