The only material against this

petitioner is confession made by co-accused

Guddu Kumar before the Police who has already

been allowed bail.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case as well as submission

of the parties, the above named petitioner is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Saran at Chapra in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.

170/2010.
