                           J U D G M E N T

The grievance is on non-compliance with the judgment

dated 3.10.2006 in W.P.(C) 2611/05, with regard to assessment of

vacancy and reporting thereof, in the post of Block Development

Officer. In view of the stand taken in the affidavit filed by the

respondent, and also Annexure-I order dated 26.2.2007 regarding

the steps taken in the matter, it cannot be said that there is any

contumacious conduct on the part of the respondent. Therefore,

this Contempt of Court Case is closed, without prejudice to the

liberty to the petitioner, if still aggrieved, to pursue the grievance

in appropriate proceedings.
