                           J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to the Munsiff,

Kozhikode IA to consider and dispose of I.A. 4059/07 in O.S. 634/06

within a time frame. The said application is filed for the purpose of

sending the disputed signature for comparison. The petition has

been filed on 26.9.07. Petitioner also moved another application for

expeditious disposal of the same. Since, so far no orders have been

passed, I direct the learned Munsiff to consider and pass appropriate

orders on I.A. 4059/07 in O.S. 634/06 on or before 25.1.08.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
