Ramachandran Nair,J.

This O.P. filed in 2000 pertains to appointment of members of

the Temple Advisory Committee of Sree Poornathrayeesa Temple,

Tripunithura. Counsel for the Cochin Devaswom Board submitted that

in another proceedings this Court approved the appointment of Special

Committee to oversee the reconstruction of Sreekovil of the temple.

This Committee which is functioning is also given the role of Temple

Advisory Committee. In the circumstances, O.P. has become

infructuous and is closed accordingly.
