The submission of learned counsel for

the petitioner is that co-accused Arun Paswan

having identical allegation to that of the

petitioner has been allowed bail vide

Cr.Misc.No. 14952 of 2010.

Taking that into consideration, let the

above named petitioner be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada P.S. Case No. 339

of 2009.
