                        J U D G M E N T

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the 1st

respondent to deposit the compensation awarded by the MACT,

Kollam in OP(MV) No.2980/93. Counsel for the 1st respondent

appears and undertakes that the amount due in terms of the

award will be deposited within two months from now. Recording

the submission, writ petition is closed.
