J U D G M E N T
The petitioner challenges the promotion sought to be made
allegedly overlooking the seniority of the petitioner. Detailing the
petitioner’s grievances, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P2
representation before the 2nd respondent. The petitioner seeks a
direction to the 2nd respondent consider and pass orders on Ext.P2
expeditiously.
2. I have heard the learned standing counsel appearing for
the Kerala State Electricity Board also.
3. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with
a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on
Ext.P2, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month
from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, after
affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and others
who may be affected by an order in favour of the petitioner.
