03. 06.10.2010 Order dated 30.09.2010 was only with respect to

petitioner no.3 Jagjeet Singh @ Sardar Jagjeet Singh who has

been apprehended, inadvertently the order has been typed

showing entire application dismissed as infructuous. This

application shall be treated pending retaining its position with

respect to petitioners no. 1, 2 and 4.
