The petitioner’s matter regarding extension of approval for permanent
affiliation for the academic session 2010-11 is pending consideration before
the State Government.

On the request of the parties’ counsel, we dispose of the writ petition finally
with the direction that the pending matter of the petitioner be considered and
disposed of, by the State Government, expeditiously, in accordance with law,
say within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a
certified copy of this order.
