filing the present application, the applicant has challenged the
order dated 18.08.2001 in Regular Darkhast No.63 of 1998 passed by
the learned Extra Assistant Judge, Mehsana. As per the office
endorsement, Regular Darkhasht No.63 of 1998 was disposed of. In view
of the above, this application has become infructuous and hence,
disposed of. In case of difficulty, the applicant is at liberty to
approach this Court.
