Learned
advocate for the respondent No.2 has submitted that the respondent
has filed the speaking to minutes seeking some modification in the
order passed by the Court [Coram : Hon’ble Mr.Justice Anant S. Dave]
and that therefore, it is requested that the matter may be ordered to
be placed before the appropriate Court. Any copy of the speaking to
minutes is not found on record, however, there is an office note
dated 3rd August 2011 which contain similar remarks.
Hence, office is directed to take necessary steps in view of the said
