03. 25.04.2011 In compliance of my order dated 8.4.2011 show
cause has been filed stating that in compliance of the orders of
the High Court dated 30.5.2007, Annexure-1 order bearing
Memo No.K/217 dated 17.9.2007, Annexure-A to the show
cause was passed, copy whereof was also given to the petitioner
and such endorsement is made in the order itself.
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that
order dated 17.9.2007 was not served on her and that is why she
filed the present contempt petition on 5.5.2010 stating that the
orders of the High Court dated 30.5.2007 has not been complied
with.
In view of the rival stand taken in the contempt
petition and the show cause, I deem it expedient to adjourn this
matter by one week so as to enable both the petitioner and the
Bihar School Examination Board to confirm whether copy of the
order dated 17.9.2007 was served on the petitioner.
Put up on Monday next(2.5.2011) maintaining is
position in the same list.
