2. 14.6.2010. After some argument, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to

surrender within four weeks and seek regular bail before the

court concerned.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as

withdrawn. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner

surrenders before the court concerned and seeks regular bail

then the bail application of the petitioner shall be disposed of in

accordance with law without being prejudiced with this order.
