of the petitioners. There stand is that the issue raised by them in

the present writ application is covered by the order of LPA No.

831 of 2009 and other analogous cases decided on 28.6.2011.

The writ application is disposed of with observation

that if the case of the petitioners is covered by the said decision,

the respondents will be guided by the same.
