Sri Arun Kumar Mishra appearing for the respondents, submits
that the petitioner for the same relief has earlier filed WP No.
22637/2009 (Saroj Lata vs. State of U.P. and Others) which was
dismissed by this court vide order dated 29.04.2009. A copy of the
order dated 29.04.2009 passed by this court has been placed by
learned counsel for the respondent before us.

A perusal of the order indicates that the earlier writ petition was
filed virtually for the same relief which is now being sought in the
present writ petition. This writ petition is the second writ petition
for the same cause of action and cannot be entertained.

The writ petition is dismissed.
