The petitioner seeks quashing of order Annexure P1
vide which he has been transferred from Verka to Sultanpur Lodhi.

Counsel submits that the transfer of the petitioner is
against the Government policy as he is due to retire after 1 year and
4 months.

The transfer has been made in the administrative and
public interest. Apart from this, in case the transfer of the petitioner
is cancelled, the entire chain of transfer would be disturbed.

Finding no merit in the present writ petition, we dismiss
the same.
