It
appears that the very petitioner has preferred another petition,
being Special Civil Application No. 6492/2010, treating it under the
matter relating to students and education.

It
appears to this Court that both the petitions are interconnected and
to avoid any further conflicting orders, both are required to be
heard by one Bench.

Under
the circumstances, stand over to 30/07/2010. In the meantime,
Registry to obtain appropriate order from the Hon’ble the Chief
Justice for placing both the matters before one Bench so as to avoid
any further conflicting orders.
