This is a petition for police protection. On
17-3-2005 we have ordered as follows:

Civil cases as well as criminal cases are to be decided
on the basis of evidence according to the procedure
prescribed by law as it cannot be resolved in these
proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India. Without expressing any opinion regarding the
merits of the disputes between the parties, we dispose of
the writ petition confirming the interim direction.
