                                      JUDGMENT

In this writ petition the prayer sought for by the petitioner is to

require the respondents to pass orders on Ext.P4, seeking

permission for putting up a temporary bridge connecting his

property with the road.

2. If Ext.P4 is received by the respondents, orders shall be

passed with notice to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at

any rate, within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of

this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
