The contention of the petitioners is that before passing the impugned order
dated 25th July, 2009 seeking recovery of Rs.2.50 lakhs from the petitioners
equally, neither any show cause notice nor any opportunity of hearing have
been afforded to the petitioners nor they were asked to furnish their reply to
the show cause which averments have also been made in paragraphs 17 and
18 of the writ petition.
As an interim measure the operation of the impugned order dated 25th July,
2009, filed as Annexure I to the writ petition shall remain stayed.
