this case was adjourned upto 6.1.2010. Counsel for the applicant is not
present.
This application has been filed by Satendra Kumar Tripathi with a
prayer that Case No. 285 of 2005 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307
I.P.C. State vs. Satendra Kumar and others ,pending in the court of
A.C.J.M.IInd. Jhansi may be transferred to any other neighbouring
district.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that the grounds taken in the
transfer application are not good ground for transferring the case from
Jhansi to any other neighbouring district, such prayer is refused.
The interim order dated 12.7.2005 passed by this Court is hereby
vacated.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
Let a certified copy of this order may be communicated to learned
Sessions Judge/CJM Jhansi within a week so that the proceedings of the
above mentioned case may be initiated in accordance with law.
