Ravindra Bahadur Singh, Inspector CBCID, is personally present
for he is investigating crime in question. It is necessary and most
concerning that the offence was registered in 2009. We are
crossing mid 2010 but in a charge of murder the investigation is
not complete yet. CBCID was handed over the investigation way
back in the month of February, 2010. Five months have lapsed.
Accused of a murder charge cannot go scott free and we cannot
shut our eyes on such lethargic investigation.
As prayed by the Investigating Officer, he is allowed two weeks
time to complete the investigation.
