                              ORDER

The sixth accused in Crime No.14 of 2009 of Vellarikundu

Police Station has filed this application for anticipatory bail. The

learned Public Prosecutor submitted that charge was laid in the

case on 30.4.2009. Leaving open the right of the petitioner to

move for regular bail, this Bail Application is closed.
