counsel appearing for the opposite party.

A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party.
According to which an order dated 9th June, 2010 has been passed by the
opposite party in compliance to the directions of the writ Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the said fact.

In that view of the matter, no further consideration is required in this
contempt application. Accordingly notices are discharged.

The contempt application is consigned to record.
