       This is in continuation of this Commission's Interim Decision
dated 22.5.2009. The matter was called for hearing today dated
16.10.2009. Appellant present. The public authority is represented
by Shri Ram Chander, Dy. Director (Industrial) & Shri Mann Singh,
Asstt. Director (Industrial). The appellant would submit that the
order of the Commission has not been complied with in letter and
spirit. On the other hand, Shri Ram Chander would submit that
inspection of the documents has been given to the appellant and some
documents have already been provided to him. The appellant,
however, is not satisfied with this. Hence, Shri Ram Chander is
hereby directed to give another inspection of documents to the
appellant and to provide copies of the documents, as requested.

2.       The matter stands closed at the Commission's end.
