During the pendency of Writ Petition No.672 (S/B) of 2010 filed against the
rejection of absorption of services of petitioner claimed on the ground that
the officers junior to petitioner who also come from the same source have
already been absorbed, the petitioner has been repatriated by the parent
department during summer vacation, just in order to defeat the claim of the
petitioner. The order of repatriation dated 28.06.2010 is stayed and the
petitioner shall continue until further orders. The department shall not go a
head with any promotion till question of absorption of the petitioner is
decided.
