Present application has been filed by the respondents that
present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the balance
amount has been paid by the petitioner.
Mr. Suvir Sehgal further submitted that copy of this application
was supplied to the office of Mr. Ravi Kapur, Advocate. Mr. Sehgal
further submits that office of Mr. Kapur has been informed today
regarding the application.
It seems that the petitioner do not intend to contest the present
application. Hence, the present application is accepted.

In view of the acceptance of Civil Misc. No. 17150 of 2009, the
present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous
with liberty to the petitioner to make a prayer for recall of the order in
case averments made in Civil Misc. No. 17150 of 2009 are not
acceptable.
