of 2009, Satish Kumar versus State of U.P. and another.
Connect this Crl. Misc. Application along with the aforesaid Crl. Misc.
Application. This application is also sent for mediatory proceeding.
Both the aforesaid applications are now directed to be listed in week
commencing 29.11.2010 along with the report of mediator.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of the aforesaid complaint
case no. 2386 of 2009, under Section 406 I.P.C., P.S. Hapur, District
Ghaziabad shall remain stayed against the applicant.
